months layoff and dominated Ivans Levickis of Latvia in a six round contest at the weekend.
The former Common Wealth Light Welterweight champion won on a points decision.
The
win at the York Hall, Bethnal Green, London, United Kingdom takes
Ajose's record to 34 fights, 32 wins (14 KOs) and 2 losses.
Ajose who was once described as the most avoided boxer by boxers in his weight category needs to fight back to glory days when he was ranked as number one contender to the world title held by Erik Morales of Mexico.
The former Nigerian and British Light Welter Weight Champion is currently not rated in the top 15 of any of the sanctioning bodies.
